As initially reported on Shadow Lane, and subsequently on Spreview, one of the true sweethearts and beauties in the spanking world, Samantha Woodley, “America’s Spanking Sweetheart” of Firm Hand Spanking fame, is engaged! Congratulations!!

The blessed man is the ever classy Lance del Toro (is that a movie star name or what), who has displayed his seasoned disciplinary hand in red-bottom themed films for spanking powerhouse Shadow Lane — and has starred in films with Ms. Woodley. [see below.]

From all of us here at The Cherry Red Report, we wish you and Lance all the very best and tons of happiness….and happily glowing bottoms.

I was thinking it might help the cause if I too had a cool, movie star inspired name. Thusly, I am thinking about changing my name to a snazzier one. Let’s see here…errm…….ok how about “Olivier de la Spanka,” which has both an international flair and a romantic, kinky ring to it. Wish me luck.

Niki Flynn: An American Brat In London

Kind of a random post, but I’ve always been a fan of this older image, and wondered what the story behind it was.

Maybe it’s the cute socks and perfect bottoms-up, over-the-lap positioning? Her expressiveness?

And then there is something about a well-dressed older gentleman with a much younger spankee, which adds a healthy dose of ass-sizzling, steamy hot realism.

These classic video grabs from Spanked Schoolgirl, feature the lovely Niki Flynn as a spoiled, incorrigible niece, and her wonderfully old-fashioned Uncle. This tried-and-true scenario never gets old.

[On a literary note, Niki is the author of the acclaimed memoir Dances with Werewolves, about her experiences and journeys in the fetish scene. Congrats to Niki, who has been nominated for The Erotic Awards for her book.]

Anyway, these photos have always intrigued The Cherry Red Report, so we asked Niki Flynn for the lowdown, the behind-the-scenes info on this spanktastic imagery:

“This was a really fun shoot for me - my first Strictly English film. My friend Lee (she’s also my ballet teacher) was in the room watching the shoot, so I was doubly

nervous and trying desperately to keep my feet turned out in case she noticed.”

“The film’s called “An American Brat in London” and I was sent to England because my parents thought I needed his brand of discipline. I was sleeping late, listening to the TV too loud, etc. Just being generally insufferable.”

“My ‘Uncle’ was a lovely guy and he had an answer for all my bratty backchat, which I loved.”

“To answer your question–What was I thinking during this moment? Hmmm… The word ‘Ouch’ springs to mind!”

“These are actual screen grabs (as opposed to posed stills), so that “pain face” is real. And look how red my bottom is…”

“It was a pretty uncomfortable train ride back to London with my friend Lee after the shoot, but it really was delightful having a friend with me. I wonder if the other passengers overheard our conversation?”

The folks in the art research division at The Cherry Red Report were intrigued by this recently discovered comic art sketch by Adam Warren, entitled “Bad Yuri.” Mr. Warren’s manga-inspired artistry has graced the pages of Marvel Comix and there is a detailed bio HERE at Wikipedia.

Be that as it may, we wonder: Who is Yuri and why is she packing a large handgun and delightfully self-spanking that daisy dukes-clad behind? And that belt, conveniently hanging from her leather jacket. . .

Fetch Me The Belt: Spank Art From Kami Tora

The latest art from the famed manga & anime illustrator Kami Tora. [For more spanking art, check out his exclusive feature posted last year on CRR.] This new piece is, appropriately enough, entitled “Fetch.”

While he also draws some hardcore non-spanko illos that are not my thing, Kami Tora’s spanking work is alluring and erotic. And his ability to draw a red-hued tanned bottom that looks like it’s literally glowing is a talent unmatched. But in this case here, we have the waiting.

The expectation and the apprehension. And the belt. Ah yes, and the pink shorts dangling at the thigh….making me think of daisy dukes.

Retro Spanko Vintage Magazines

I can’t get enough of retro spanko erotica.

Ah, the glorious days of classic, sometimes cheesy, spanking periodicals.

[Did you carelessly toss your stash of vintage spanking magazines in the trash like this blogger did, when that whole Internet thing started? British mags like Janus or the still published Kane Magazine, and stateside ones like SpankHard, mags from ShadowLane, and Chelsea Pfeiffer’s GoodSpanking magazine…well, they are collectible now it appears.] Many of these magazines were top-notch and had advice columns, interviews, personal ads and more.

These two vintage images (from the 70’s or early 80’s?), as seen on the fascinating and massive French blog focused on red asses in pop culture, Autour de la Fesse, indicate while fashion and hair styles have changed, a toasty tanned backside, to resort to cliche, will never go out of style.

Plus who would not want to peruse such titillating features like “My Loving Bitch Boss,” or “Spank a Pickup Divorcee”(?) seen on the cover of “SWAT.”

And there’s a burgeoning underground market for rare BDSM/spanking mags–check out pop erotica smut purveyor Vintage Sleaze to start your own collection.

Spanking publisher Scarlett Hill still publishes spanking magazines the good old fashioned way, so do check ‘em out. And Chelsea Pfeiffer’s new site of “vintage” spankobilia, Good Spanking Classics, brings back the golden days.

What a yummy spankee on that cover on the left, with the tanned, toned legs and pigtails. Mmm.
